How much does shipping cost?
Our general shipping method is USPS First Class or Priority Mail. The shipping rate is dependent on item weight and size.
Orders over $25 ship for free within the USA via USPS First Class postage, all orders under $25 also ship USPS First Class unless a different option is selected by customer. If you select a different method of shipping outside of USPS First Class for your order, which is over $25, you will be responsible for the shipping charge.
When will my order ship?
Once we receive your order, we begin processing it right away. All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 48 business hours to process before shipping. Please note we do not normally ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm PST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed by our warehouse the following business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International rates & delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method of your choice and additional taxes and duties that may be charged by Customs.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you in a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your latest shipment status.
Lost package?
For issues with delivery or tracking, the fastest and easiest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes. But this is very important: If your order is going to a PO Box, please choose a USPS shipping option at checkout. UPS are normally not able to deliver to PO Boxes and require a valid street address for delivery.
